The Rainbow Mountains of china are Earth paint's palette 

 The Rainbow Mountains of china within the zhangye Danxia located in sunan & linze countries within the prefecture -level city of zhangye ,in Gansu china covers an area of 322 square kilometres.The site become a quasi National Geopark on April 23,2012 Formally designed as "zhangye National Geopark " china is are a masterpiece of nature .The colorful Mountains Rodger are just like an over turned palette from heaven.

It is the destination for many Chinese & international tourists & the landscape has lots of preceptors red Clift, Most of which are several hundred meters high & multicolored ridges of area the red strata 

 About 540 m years age , the area was one part of ocean , due to tectonic plate collision . The land folded & formed mountains & lifted above sea level. The sedimentary layers formed have different colors of red ,purplish Red ,yellowish green, grayish green & gray 

 The movement of Himalaya lifted the area higher& rivers formed. The river erosion formed gorges & the early Danxia landscape was created .After geological periods river erosion & erosion formed the colorful layers we see today 

• First viewing plat form is largest plat form ,& Neaust to entrance it's practically at ground level & see the high colorful Mountains . Shapes in the Mountains known as monks worshiping the Buddha ,the huge"seallops" ,monkeys rush into the sea of fire & rainbow hill.

• Second viewing platform colorful sea cloudsplat form ,two platforms at this point one at the base & one at the top of a hill .Top is highest viewing plat form .666 steps.

• Third viewing platform called colorfull embroidered platform .the most stunning view .perfect place of sunrise or sunrise or sunset 

 Best time to visit June to September.
